ACCSES Clean is a member of the ACCSES NJ family of brands and employs more than 1,000 trained cleaning professionals in all 21 counties of NJ. Most of those employees are people with disabilities. ACCSES Clean believes in providing people with disabilities the opportunity to work and the dignity of a paycheck. We do this through providing guidance, leadership and support to our member organizations and through them, we are able to fulfill our janitorial contracts.
ACCSES Clean provides our services both commercially and on New Jersey Janitorial State Contract #77110. Many employees also receive a benefits package that contributes to their overall compensation. When we perform commercial work, we compensate our employees at the same rate to ensure that we are providing a fair wage to all of our employees, no matter the customer.

ACCSES Clean provides in-depth training for our employees and member organizations. Every employee completed training in the CIMS Standards developed by the ISSA and go through regular recertifications as needed. We also provide specialized training for services such as VCT Strip and Finish and Kitchen Cleaning.

As a result, ACCSES Clean’s employees are an example of what people with disabilities can do if given a chance to succeed.
